All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any condition. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher and accept full responsibility for their handling and use.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement.
Pricing and availability
Prices are listed in CAD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to cancel orders that appear fraudulent.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hermetica Research Labs is not liable for any consequential, incidental or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of any product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
