Shipping cost

Flat rate $15.00 CAD per order, anywhere in Canada. Shipping is free on orders of $150.00 CAD or more. The exact shipping charge and order total are shown in your cart and at checkout before payment.

Where we ship

Hermetica Research Labs ships exclusively within Canada at this time.

Delivery time

Orders ship within Canada in 5–12 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET or on weekends are processed the next business day. Delivery estimates begin from the date the order is dispatched, not the date it is placed.

Packaging

Every order ships in plain, discreet packaging. Cold-chain materials are not currently used; lyophilized peptides are shelf-stable for short transit periods.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, contact support and we will open a trace.
