Where we ship

Hermetica Research Labs ships exclusively within Canada at this time.

Delivery time

Orders ship within Canada in 5–12 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Packaging

Every order ships in plain, discreet packaging. Cold-chain materials are not currently used; lyophilized peptides are shelf-stable for short transit periods.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, contact support and we will open a trace.
