Shipping research peptides in Canada — fulfillment notes
How Hermetica ships Research Use Only peptides within Canada: 5-12 business day transit, discreet packaging, flat CAD rates, and the documentation that accompanies each order.
Hermetica Research Labs supplies lyophilized Research Use Only (RUO) peptides to laboratories in Canada. This page records exactly how orders are fulfilled and what documentation travels with them. It contains no dosing, administration, or therapeutic information of any kind.
Where we ship
Hermetica Research Labs ships exclusively within Canada at this time. We do not ship internationally. Purchasers must be 21 or older, and material is supplied strictly as a laboratory reagent — not for human or veterinary use.
Transit window
- Orders ship within Canada in 5–12 business days.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, or on a weekend, are processed the next business day.
- Delivery estimates begin from the dispatch date, not the order date.
- If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, contact support and we open a trace.
Full terms are recorded on the shipping policy page, and dispatched orders can be followed on the order tracking page.
Rates
Flat rate $15.00 CAD per order anywhere in Canada, free on orders of $150.00 CAD or more. The exact shipping charge and order total are shown in the cart and at checkout before payment. All prices are in CAD.
Packaging
Every order ships in plain, discreet packaging with no compound names on the outer parcel. Cold-chain materials are not used: lyophilized research peptides are shelf-stable over short transit periods. Vials are labelled with compound name, nominal mass, and lot.
Documentation that accompanies an order
- Compound identity fields (CAS, formula, nominal mass, sequence where published) — the product page for each SKU.
- Lot / batch reference — the vial label and the certificate index.
- Third-party Certificate of Analysis, where published — the Certificates of Analysis index.
- Fulfillment and transit terms — the shipping policy.
Certificates are issued by independent third-party laboratories — Janoshik Analytical and Freedom Diagnostics — and can be verified against the issuing laboratory's own record. Where no certificate is published for a current lot, the certificate index says so rather than substituting another lot's document.
Receiving checklist for Canadian laboratories
- Confirm the compound name and nominal mass on the vial match the SKU ordered.
- Record the lot or batch number from the vial label.
- Match that lot against the certificate listed for the SKU on the certificate index.
- Confirm the issuing laboratory and accession number on the certificate.
- Archive the certificate PDF alongside the product URL and lot for your own records.
