Peptides Canada — Research Peptide Catalogue, Lot COAs and Purity Records (RUO)
Canadian peptides catalogue (Research Use Only): what is stocked, which lot and laboratory each certificate comes from, what peptide purity means on a COA, and Canada shipping.
Peptides Canada, in one line: Hermetica Research Labs lists eight research peptides and one laboratory water across ten Research Use Only catalogue lines, ships to Canadian addresses only, and publishes seven lot-matched third-party certificates. This hub is the catalogue-and-documents entry point for Canadian laboratories: what is stocked, which lot each vial comes from, who tested it, and how to check the paperwork. It gives no usage information of any kind.

Prices are shown on each product page and in the shop; the product page always governs. Each compound also has a Canada page: BPC-157, TB-500, Retatrutide, GHK-Cu, MOTS-c, Epitalon, DSIP and bacteriostatic water.
Pure peptides in Canada: what purity on a COA means
"Pure peptides" and "purity" searches usually mean one number on a certificate, but that number has a narrow meaning. HPLC purity is the share of the target peptide among the components the method detects in the assayed sample. D'Hondt et al. (2014) describe the related impurities that purity methods are built to separate, such as deletion sequences and oxidation or hydrolysis products. Purity is not peptide content by weight: synthetic peptides commonly carry counter-ions such as trifluoroacetate (TFA), and Erckes et al. (2025) set out why TFA content is analysed and reported separately. That is why some certificates also give a measured content figure, for example 11.28 mg on the BPC-157 report and 11.34 mg net peptide content on the Retatrutide report.
Three checks make a purity figure meaningful in a lab file:
- One lot, one number. The figure belongs to the named lot or batch only. Hermetica's range across published lots is 99.496% to 99.86%.
- A named laboratory. Janoshik Analytical or Freedom Diagnostics here, with a report number you can look up.
- A matching vial. The lot printed on the vial label is the lot on the certificate.

Why research peptides ship as lyophilized powder
Every peptide in the catalogue is supplied as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. Wang (2000) describes lyophilization as the most common way to prepare solid protein and peptide materials because they have limited stability in solution; a dry solid ships and stores more reliably, though it is not stable indefinitely. Storage records for lyophilized vials are covered in research peptide storage and handling.
How to compare Canadian peptide suppliers
Many Canadian peptide sites look alike. The differences show up in the documentation, so these are the checks worth recording for any supplier, including this one:
| Check | What good looks like | Where to see it here |
|---|---|---|
| Third-party certificate per lot | Named independent lab, report number, lot | /coa |
| Lot match | Same lot on the vial and the certificate | Product pages + vial label |
| Verifiable report | Report number checks out on the lab's own system | Janoshik verify guide, Freedom Diagnostics steps |
| Identity fields | CAS, formula, sequence on the product page | Each product page |
| Honest gaps | Says when no certificate exists | "Not published" rows above |
| Canadian shipping terms | Stated flat rate, transit time, CAD prices | Shipping policy |
| RUO scope | No human-use claims anywhere | Site-wide |

What a Canadian lab file should contain
- Product page identity fields recorded against the SKU ordered.
- The vial label lot or batch number.
- The lot-matched COA, with the issuing laboratory name and report or accession number.
- The order confirmation, packing slip and shipping record.

Peptides not stocked (identity notes only)
These compounds are often searched alongside Canadian peptides. Hermetica does not stock them; the pages below are identity and certificate-review notes only, with no price or SKU: tesamorelin, ipamorelin, CJC-1295 / ipamorelin, KPV, sermorelin, AOD-9604, tirzepatide and KLOW.
Research Use Only scope
Every peptide in this catalogue is supplied as a laboratory reagent for in-vitro and analytical work. It is not for human or veterinary use, not for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures, and sold only to purchasers aged 21 or older. Nothing on this site describes amounts, routes, effects or outcomes in people or animals.

Frequently asked questions
- Which peptides does Hermetica stock in Canada?
- Eight compounds across ten catalogue lines: Retatrutide (5mg, 10mg), GHK-Cu (50mg, 100mg), BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c and Epitalon (10mg each), DSIP 5mg, plus bacteriostatic water 10ml. All are Research Use Only.
- Which Canadian peptides have a published COA?
- Five compounds, on seven published certificates: BPC-157, TB-500 and MOTS-c (Janoshik Analytical) and GHK-Cu and Retatrutide (Freedom Diagnostics). Epitalon and DSIP have no published certificate, and none applies to bacteriostatic water.
- What purity do the published certificates report?
- Between 99.496% (TB-500) and 99.86% (Retatrutide). Each figure belongs to one named lot or batch and describes that sample only, as listed on the Certificates of Analysis page.
- What does pure mean for a research peptide?
- It means the share of the target peptide among the components an analytical method detects, usually by HPLC. It is not the same as peptide content by weight, because counter-ions such as TFA and residual water are measured separately (Erckes et al. 2025).
- How are peptide orders shipped within Canada?
- To Canadian addresses only, in plain, discreet packaging, typically 5 to 12 business days. Shipping is a flat $15.00 CAD per order and free on orders of $150.00 CAD or more.
- How do I match a vial to its certificate?
- Compare the compound, fill size and lot or batch number on the vial label with the certificate, then check the report number or key on the issuing laboratory's own verification system.
- What does Research Use Only mean for peptides sold in Canada?
- It means the material is a laboratory reagent for in-vitro research and analytical work only. It is not a drug, supplement or cosmetic, it is not for human or veterinary use, and purchasers must be 21 or older.
All content is provided for informational purposes for qualified researchers working with research materials in a laboratory setting. Products supplied by Hermetica Research Labs are sold strictly for in-vitro research. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, and nothing on this page constitutes medical, health, or dosing guidance. Must be 21+ to purchase.
