Canada documentation checklist

  1. SKU mass matches the vial. Confirm the labelled fill mass (50mg or 100mg) matches the product SKU and paperwork.
  2. Lot matches the Freedom Diagnostics COA when listed. The lot on the vial should match the lot/accession on the hosted COA.
  3. HPLC / LC-MS match the hosted record. Compare the purity trace and mass confirmation against the laboratory's hosted version.
  4. Do not infer fill quantity from HPLC. An HPLC trace reports a sample attribute, not the vial's fill mass.
