A GHK-Cu COA does not describe a BPC-157 vial. A BPC-157 COA does not describe a GHK-Cu vial. Receiving must keep separate lot records for each SKU.

Compound name on the vial matches the ordered SKU (GHK-Cu vs BPC-157 — confirm before logging).
CAS / molecular formula / sequence fields (where published) match your compound registry for that identity.
Nominal mass (mg) matches the ordered SKU (50mg or 100mg for GHK-Cu; 10mg for BPC-157).
Lot / batch number is recorded at receiving for that vial.
Lot-matched third-party COA for that same lot is available with HPLC purity and mass identity when reported.
Accession / report number can be verified on the issuing laboratory’s system when published.
Invoice / packing slip SKU matches each ordered material separately.
Material is handled as an in-vitro laboratory reagent (RUO) only.
