KLOW Peptide Canada — Four-Component Blend Documentation (Not Stocked)
What a KLOW research blend label and certificate need to show, component by component, and which of its components Hermetica sells as separate documented vials. KLOW not stocked. RUO, 21+.
Hermetica Research Labs does not currently stock KLOW. There is no KLOW product page, lot or certificate of analysis on this site, and nothing on this page is an offer to sell KLOW. KLOW is a trade name for a multi-component research blend, often sold in Canada as "KLOW 80mg", not a single compound, so it has no CAS number, formula or molecular weight of its own. This page explains how such a blend should be documented and points to the separate single-compound vials Hermetica does list.

What the KLOW name usually covers
Suppliers commonly use KLOW for a four-component blend of GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500. Component amounts and ratios vary by supplier, and some products under similar names ("KLOW blend", "KLOW stack") leave out one component. The only reliable description of a given vial is its own label and its own certificate.
| Component | Type | Approx. mass | Sold by Hermetica? |
|---|---|---|---|
| GHK-Cu | Copper complex of the tripeptide Gly-His-Lys | ~340.4 Da (GHK before copper binding) | Yes, separate 50mg and 100mg vials (Freedom Diagnostics COA) |
| KPV | Tripeptide Lys-Pro-Val | ~342.4 Da (free acid) | No |
| BPC-157 | Synthetic 15-residue peptide | ~1419.53 Da | Yes, separate 10mg vial (Janoshik Analytical COA) |
| TB-500 | 43-residue Thymosin Beta-4 chain, N-terminal acetylated | ~4963.44 Da | Yes, separate 10mg vial (Janoshik Analytical COA) |
Pickart and Margolina (2018) describe GHK as the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine with a high affinity for copper(II), forming GHK-Cu. UniProt P62328 records human Thymosin beta-4 as a 44-residue precursor whose initiator methionine is removed, leaving a 43-residue mature chain (residues 2–44) acetylated at the N-terminal serine.
Why a four-component blend is hard to document
- A total fill mass hides the composition. "KLOW 80mg" does not say how much of each component the vial contains. A usable label lists each component and its mass.
- One purity figure says almost nothing. A blend purity percentage cannot show whether every component is present, in the stated amount, and intact.
- The copper complex needs its own check. A certificate reporting only the bare GHK mass does not confirm the copper complex.
- Small and large peptides behave differently in analysis. KPV and GHK-Cu elute and ionise very differently from the 43-residue TB-500 chain, so the method must resolve all four.
The single-vial alternative in the Hermetica catalogue
- GHK-Cu 50mg and the 100mg size, one Freedom Diagnostics certificate (Lot M26S012).
- BPC-157 10mg, Janoshik Analytical Test #97457.
- TB-500 10mg, Janoshik Analytical Test #97450.
KPV is not stocked (see KPV Canada). Separate vials mean each record has one compound, one lot and one certificate. The BPC-157 and TB-500 page shows two of those records side by side.
Receiving checklist for any KLOW-type blend
- Every component named on the label, with its mass in mg.
- One lot number on the vial that matches the certificate.
- An identity result for each component, including the copper complex for GHK-Cu.
- A test number verifiable on the issuing laboratory's own system.
- The supplier's storage statement, and the vial filed as an in-vitro reagent.
FAQ
Can I buy KLOW peptide in Canada from Hermetica?
No. Hermetica does not stock KLOW or any KLOW-type blend. It lists three of the usual four components as separate single-compound vials, each with its own certificate.
What is in a KLOW blend?
Suppliers usually name four components: GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500. Amounts and ratios vary by supplier, so only the vial's own label and certificate describe a given product.
Does KLOW have a CAS number or molecular weight?
No. KLOW is a trade name for a mixture, not a single compound. Each component has its own identity values, and a blend record should list each one separately.
How should a KLOW 80mg certificate be read?
Look for an identity and quantity result for each component, not one total purity figure. An "80mg" fill does not say how much of each component is in the vial.
Does Hermetica give usage or dosing guidance for KLOW?
No. Hermetica does not sell KLOW and gives no human-use, dosing or therapeutic information. Its single-compound vials are Research Use Only reagents for in-vitro work.
